2012 Kids Halloween Party

                                   

With ghosts and goblins, clowns and ninjas, zombies and parents, taking over the club today; kids classes were cancelled for the Children's Halloween Party. Eerie music played in the background while evil witches, cute princesses, and dreadful ghouls played games and decorated pumpkins. Treats were handed out as well as awards for best costumes.  Surprisingly the jelly beans used for one game were not being eaten and were actually being carried by the spoonful to cups further away. The rattling of bones in the background was occasionally interrupted by the near deafening bang  of a balloon rupturing under the pile of exuberant young-lings trying to break it.

CONGRATULATIONS SIFU CHRISTINE !

Sifu Christine Rabong just returned from the WKC World Martial Arts Championships in Montreal, where she represented her club and country quite admirably. As a member of team Canada, Sifu Christine medaled in both divisions she competed in, capturing bronze medals in both forms and fighting. The event was attended by over a dozen countries, and the competition is an all Black Belt tournament. Well done Sifu ! Next year's championships will be held in Italy.

With  things at the club so busy Sigung has asked that we (Shawn and Melanie) aid with the updates and news and events. I'l start slow by only posting a couple of pictures now but please follow us to be up to date with tournaments, events, and general information
